Why bother with monthly bills? If you choose to pay your JNEC electric bill by bank draft/credit card, you can set up an automatic bank draft or schedule a credit card payment for the amount of your current bill on each month's due date.

There are no bills to keep track of, no checks to write, no envelopes to mail. Even better, there is no charge to join our automatic bank draft/credit card program. You still get a monthly bill for your records—but we do the rest. You can also choose not to receive a paper bill by signing up for an electronic bill through my.JNEC.com. 

To sign up for our automatic bank draft/credit card program, register your JNEC account online at my.JNEC and set up the automatic draft yourself. Pay your monthly JNEC bill online at my.JNEC.com with a few clicks and keystrokes.

It's easy, it's fast, it's safe, and it's convenient. With our online payment system, you can pay your electric bill using Visa, MasterCard, or Discover Card. When you make your payment online, your payment is applied as soon as we get authorization from your credit card company—often immediately.    

And you can create a credit-card profile to store your payment information on our secure server, saving you even more time when you make future online payments.

Don’t let your power bill shock you.

The Budget Billing program allows members to have a consistent billing of kilowatt-hours each month. 

• The amount is based on your previous rolling 12-month’s average usage.
• There is no “settle up” while a member is on the program. The credited or owed balance is rolled into the new average for the next 12 months.
• To be eligible for Budget Billing, you must be an active member with good payment history for at least 12 months.
• We encourage that you begin Budget Billing with a $0 balance.
